  • What if I need to Cancel?

    CocoLemon requires 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. We understand things come up but we reserve the right to charge 50% of missed appointment to card on file. NOTE: Starting in 2025 we require card on file for all services.

  • What if I'm Going to Be Late?

    Please give us as much notice as possible if running late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late can result in being considered a no show to your appointment. Being 10 minutes late with or without communication can lead to forfeiture to some or all of your scheduled services at the discretion of your stylist and full payment for all scheduled services.

  • Can my Friends/Family Come with Me?

    For the safety and comfort of all our guests we ask that you come alone to your appointment. CocoLemon is designed to have one guest and stylist at every station and cannot safely accommodate extra people in our stylist's working space. While we love your children and look forward to seeing them for their scheduled appointments we do not have room for them to join you during your appointment.

  • What if I Forgot my Wallet?

    CocoLemon requires payment at the completion of every service. We reserve the right to take legal action for theft of services in the event of prompt non-payment. We accept, cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay* so there are plenty of options to make payment as easy as possible for all of our guests.

  • What If I Miss My Appointment?

    Failure to show for an appointment without any communication is considered a no show. All No shows will be prohibited from rebooking with any of our team at our discretion and will result in 50% of missed service charged to your card on file.

  • Do I Have to Do an In Person Consultation?

    All new guests are required to fill out our new client consult form. In person consultations are 15 minutes long, complimentary and do not include any services. In person consultations can be booked by guest as desired or may be required by stylist as deemed necessary after reviewing your online consult form.
