What’s included in my rent at Cocolemon?
$425/week
Included in your rent you have a key with 24/7 access to the building.
The shop is maintained by hourly staff Monday- Saturday to keep the space clean and running smoothly. As well as a manager in building Monday-Saturday to make sure everything’s up to standards during hours of operation.
We provide towels, capes, aprons, trolleys, all station and reception furniture, color bowls, color brushes, scales, a lounge with lockers, all cleaning supplies, beverages and snacks for our guests, two well maintained private restrooms, and a listing on our website. As well as laundry, dish & cleaning service thru out the day by our support team whenever they’re in the building.
We are a teamwork driven space with a focus on education. CocoLemon does our best to get perks to all education events for our renters. All CocoLemon education hosted in CocoLemon is open and included as part of the package to our entire team. As well as an exclusive online portal built by SarahMarie and Ashley full of info about the space as well as training videos.
Stylists are gifted a free week of rent at sign on and annually on the first of the year as well as anniversary gifts of free additional weeks. Contracts do not require renter to stay for any length of time, we just need 60 days notice if the time comes for you to try something new.
Ashley and SarahMarie built Cocolemon under the mantra of “Independent but Not Alone” and are here to support our renters as much or as little as they’d like.
